Eager to craft more than just a typical academic book or another how-to guide, I’m documenting my own personal reflections along this journey, including the historical and cultural contexts of each state I visit, how these nuances play into scholar’s stories, and sharing my personal revelations as I navigate a big transition…moving back to my Texas roots from Washington, D.C.
